Frequently Asked Questions

In an attempt to make your use of our system as easy as possible we offer this list of questions first time users most often have.

Do I have to take delivery of my part at my house?

No. If you are not a shade tree mechanic but are simply trying to save yourself money over the price your mechanic quoted you for the part in question you can make arrangements for your part to be delivered directly to your mechanic.

Is there anything for me to return?

Not normally. Our system is designed specifically to help eliminate not only core charges when ever possible but also the need for you to return your old part.  Not only can this save you money but you can put even more money in your pocket by selling your old part in your local area.  Or let your mechanic have it.

Is there a return policy?

Yes. In the rare event that you entered the wrong VIN# in your quote and you get the wrong Drivetrain Part sent to you it is actually possible to exchange it for the correct part.  All you have to do is pay the shipping for the part both ways. But once a part is installed any return request will be handled as a warranty claim.

Is there a guarantee with my part(s)?

Yes. We work only with reliable distributors that extend guarantees on the parts they sell.  Obviously the warranties vary with the part(s) in question.

Is there a time limit on the quoted price?

Yes. Normally the quote you receive is good for 24 hours.  Understand that some parts are in short supply and that some of the quotes given are dictated by the Individual Supplier's need to generate business that day.

Sometimes our visitors get extra ordinary deals.
